Mark is a Leadership Consultant with a range of experience across recruitment, development, team effectiveness and global talent programmes. He has worked with a wide range of businesses from sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical and retail. Mark is passionate about understanding the experiences each individual has been through, and how that contributes to the leader they are today. He enjoys working with leadership teams to explore their challenges and the dynamics in play, then building trust and understanding so that they can work more effectively together towards a common goal.
Prior to joining Wickland Westcott, Mark gained experience in team development, using profiling tools to help teams maximise diverse strengths and align with strategy. Before that, he spent eight years in IBM Smarter Workforce (previously Kenexa), partnering with clients to implement solutions across the employee lifecycle. During this time, he specialised in leadership assessment and development, and best practice recruitment.
Mark has a degree in Modern History and is accredited in a number of leadership psychometrics. He enjoys weekend walks and pub lunches with the dog in tow, as well as football, tennis, golf and snowboarding.
