Tracy is an experienced career coach with particular expertise working with leaders using a friendly and informal style combined with challenging and honest feedback. She is trained in psychology-based coaching with a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Executive Coaching and a Post Graduate Certificate in Team Coaching.

Her combination of executive coaching expertise and a recruitment background means Tracy can help leaders explore their career drivers, what they are looking to get from their next step and what they would regret not doing. This frames the options available to them. She understands what it takes to secure a great role and can help put together relevant marketing collateral and develop an effective networking plan. This includes: creating an effective CV, optimising a LinkedIn profile to attract recruiters and hiring managers, devising a networking strategy, practising interview techniques and coaching for the first 100 days in a new role. She has also run her own business and can assist entrepreneurs who wish to take this path, enabling them to explore options and test propositions, as well as creating business and marketing plans.

She has helped hundreds of leaders find the best next step in their career from high profile commercial organisations and, in the public sector, Local Government, Higher Education, Emergency Services and NHS.

She enjoys long walks with her dog, gardening and as vice chair, has been heavily involved with her local hockey club. To continue her professional development she is on the final stage of her Masters in Coaching.

Stuart is a search consultant specialising in the construction, developer and property sector. He has gained a wealth of experience within the sector, both from a hands on front line perspective and also working in partnership with businesses to identify, engage and resource the highest calibre of individual into senior management positions. Stuart is able to offer unique solutions to the often difficult task of finding key talent that will add genuine value by combining his deep knowledge of the sector with an understanding of the real challenges being faced by leaders.

Stuart has worked with large corporate brands through to SMEs across the industry in the areas of consultancy, development, contracting and in house, providing successful, innovative and bespoke solutions to address their particular leadership challenges.

During his career Stuart has successfully developed and managed growth within established recruitment and executive search businesses. In addition he was instrumental in the formation of a start-up operation that became a market leader and ultimately led to a stock market floatation. More recently he established his own executive search business that specialises in senor and middle management within the built environment sector before joining Wickland Westcott.

An experienced senior business executive, Keith moved into Executive Coaching and Facilitation following a successful career in Sales Management in the Financial Services sector and then Leadership Development in the Private Health sector. Experienced in working on Organisational Transformation and qualified in Change Management Psychology, Keith specialises in coaching, mentoring and facilitating transformation, as well as enjoying opportunities to use his experience to develop leaders at all levels.

Since moving into consultancy Keith has successfully helped individual leaders and organisations across numerous sectors including Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Banking, Utilities, Manufacturing, Outsourcing and SME. He takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to helping leaders achieve their maximum potential. Described as an “excellent listener” Keith’s coaching style focuses on developing leader’s behaviours, brand and strengths in order to develop new capabilities.

Keith is recognised as a true professional in his approach while operating with a strong sense of ethics in his coaching practice. His qualifications include: a BSc in Organisation and Management Studies and an MSc in Strategic HR Management. After studying Business at John Moores University, Liverpool, Chris worked in London with Reuters, International Computers, Security Pacific EuroFinance, and CRT Group Plc (CRT), a consultancy, recruitment and training business.

At CRT she worked with the leadership team on an aggressive acquisition strategy which saw the Group grow both organically and by acquisition to a market capitalisation of over £600 million, sales in excess of £400 million with 2,500 employees operating from over 200 locations. CRT re-branded and launched as Spring Group Plc and in 1996 Spring sold 50.1% of its equity for £109 million to Knowledge Universe, a private US-based company.

Chris then joined Karl Chapman (previously CEO of Spring Group) to set-up AdviserPlus Business Solutions, a leading advisory outsource business providing HR, employment law and H&S solutions to organisations ranging from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs. In 2010 Chris was appointed CEO and grew this business to revenues of over £12 million with 300+ employees, before selling the firm to Limerston Capital in 2016.

Chris is an expert in the provision of digital solutions to dynamic markets. She has operated and led in high-growth environments demanding continual innovation and relentless customer focus. She champions diversity, mental wellbeing and disability confidence.

Simon has been working as an executive coach, facilitator and leadership consultant for 15 years, building on a successful career as a Client Service Director, first for GE Capital in France and then for a McCann Erickson company in the UK. 
 
His business background means that his approach is pragmatic and results-focused. He provides a different lens through which to look at issues and challenges. He encourages the people he works with to take a longer-term view as well as to identify immediate next steps. In his career, he has experienced seven company acquisitions and integrations, and this first-hand experience helps him in supporting leaders who are managing change or navigating ambiguity.

Keith has successfully set up and grown a number of companies, including a start-up recruitment process outsourcing organisation that he grew to a turnover of £20 million and his own successful management recruitment agency. He has also been a Managing Director in a turnaround business, has led teams of up to 20 Consultants and won accounts worth £5million+.

With significant “hands on” recruitment experience, Keith is well placed to understand clients’ business drivers and help them achieve their strategic and operational goals by identifying the most relevant candidates for senior management and director roles.

At Wickland Westcott, Keith is responsible for executive search & selection, executive assessment, management development and leadership coaching across a number of sectors, including the Public Sector, Manufacturing and Financial Services.

He is a keen dog walker, a regular at Chester FC and a qualified Scuba diver, lucky enough to have dived in the Red Sea and off the coast of Mexico.

Allan has over 20 years of experience in the Education sector including Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Pro Vice-Chancellor roles, in three Universities. Practised at operating in dynamic political environments Allan has been a sector representative at national level on topics that include research, student employability, information governance and HE sector reconfiguration. He is experienced at B2B engagement and has also led Marketing, Media and PR teams. He holds a Chair in Higher Education Administration and also has considerable knowledge of school governance including the leadership of Multi-Academy Trusts.

At Wickland Westcott, Allan’s main focus is supporting Universities and Higher Education establishments to identify and appoint the right leadership talent. Having managed multi-disciplinary teams operating across single and multi-sites, he offers considerable knowledge of leading and supporting teams through change and transformation. He supports clients by drawing upon a wealth of experience gained working in partnerships with research organisations, employers, HE, FE, Alternative Providers and other international education establishments and combines this with detailed study in the field.

Louise specialises in Leadership assessment and development. She has extensive international experience working both in-house and as an external consultant to deliver leading-edge talent programmes. She has successfully operated within both the private and public sectors, with particular experience in retail, telecommunications, banking, legal and social housing. Her international experience includes working for two years in the Middle East.

Louise focuses on developing leadership capability, supporting individuals and organisations to realise their full potential. She is a certified Coach and has a particular interest in helping individuals identify and overcome their barriers to success. She particularly enjoys working with individuals to help them identify and unlock their potential.

Louise joined Wickland Westcott from a large multinational retail organisation, where she led the implementation of end-to-end selection processes across volume roles in the UK. Her qualifications include an MSc Occupational Psychology and she is Chartered with the CIPD. She is also qualified in occupational testing for ability and personality.

Tracy is a Leadership Consultant. She designs and delivers a range of products that utilise a psychological perspective whilst retaining a realistic business focus. She has worked with a variety of clients across the public and private sectors, including manufacturing, finance, local and central government, retail and the emergency services.

Prior to joining Wickland Westcott Tracy was an Occupational Psychologist with a global luxury brand automotive manufacturer and has been an Associate Lecturer at University of Warwick for 20 years. This has included teaching senior level business students both in the UK and overseas.

Tracy has a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology and holds Level A and B certificates in psychometric testing.

Dorothea has extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Senior Assessment and in all aspects of leadership and Senior Team development. She has worked on an international basis in this sphere in areas including much of Europe, the USA and the Middle East. She has designed and facilitated programmes for Senior Leaders and Leadership Teams across diverse sectors which include automotive, bio-pharma, technology, financial, construction, energy and fmcg.

Her earlier background was in sales and sales management where she led teams in the publishing sector and in her role as a Director of a recruitment company. She has an MA in Human Resource Management, is BPS Level A and B qualified and is certified in numerous psychometric instruments. She is also an Accredited Coach and NLP Master practitioner.
