Steve Bennett
Steve is a Search Consultant; specialising in senior business leadership positions including Commercial, Operations, Human Resources, Technical functions. He has complementary experience in benchmarking, salary surveys, outplacement and coaching, and so has developed wide and deep market knowledge.
Steve is a chemistry graduate who began his career at Johnson Matthey and progressed to become Managing Director of a number of manufacturing businesses. He has a proven record of business development within diverse industrial markets and has a special interest in recruiting for Process Industry and technically-led organisations. He also speaks Italian, having worked in Italy for a number of years and has considerable international experience.
