Ross Webster
Ross is a Search Consultant based out of our Yorkshire office and leads the Private Equity Practice. He has extensive experience of recruiting at Board and senior management level across a range of industry sectors including retail, sport and leisure, FMCG/Food and consumer products both in the UK and internationally. Within Private Equity, Ross has established relationships with the lower/midmarket and large buy-out houses recruiting Chairmen, CEOs, CFOs and Board Directors to investee businesses and advising on management due diligence.
Ross has 10 years' combined executive search experience prior to joining Wickland Westcott, with both a large international search consultancy and a small boutique firm. Additionally, he spent 4 years in the field of sports player management, sponsorship and PR. Ross has a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
