Melissa Davis
Melissa is a Talent Consultant specialising in executive assessment and development. She manages assignments involving the design and delivery of bespoke assessment and development processes, including coaching and teambuilding. In a previous role she was responsible for the management of a large public sector leadership development programme, and has led on a range of projects including engagement initiatives, development centres, resilience training and careers workshops. She has experience in sectors including financial services, legal, education, nuclear and the public and not-for-profit sectors.
Melissa has a degree in Psychology, a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology, and holds Level A and B certificates in personality testing. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, she has an interest in innovation, and in particular the ways in which digital services can support people solutions. She was the winner of the Pro Manchester Professional Innovator competition in 2010 for her progressive work in this area.
