Liz is a Talent Consultant with knowledge and experience of delivering pragmatic, effective, best practice selection and assessment solutions. Previously a recruitment consultant in the Accountancy and Finance Industry, she specialised in the selection of senior finance professionals for SME and blue chip clients within manufacturing, financial and professional services. With an Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology, Liz holds level A and B certificates in psychometric testing and is well-versed in the design and delivery of assessment services from individual exercise design to large scale assessment centres.
