Coaching
We offer a particular type of executive coaching - an adult-to-adult relationship with a focus on improvement. Participants are encouraged to generate their own solutions, aided by a credible coach who draws upon his/her experience. The participant's values, attitudes and aspirations are all discussed and explored, but the focus is very much upon behaviour; what they are doing now and what they are going to do differently.
Our coaching has a commercial flavour. The emphasis is upon helping the person optimise both their satisfaction and contribution, thereby enhancing organisational performance. In a confidential environment, participant and coach build a relationship based on trust, good chemistry, positive regard for the individual and total focus on the development agenda. A typical coaching programme lasts 6 or 12 months.
