Strengths, aspirations, values and motivations are identified, along with development areas. A typical coaching programme lasts six months, with unlimited access to the coach, and culminates in a review to evaluate progress and to draw up a plan for the future.

We also work with senior leadership and management teams. Using data-gathering as a starting point, we design and facilitate team effectiveness events and strategy meetings that produce lasting results, through both the action points agreed, and a deepened understanding of each other's strengths and contributions.
