Executive Coaching

Our coaches have formal occupational training coupled with business experience, giving a deep insight into the behaviours of teams and individuals. Using a wide range of tools and techniques to enhance self-awareness and to challenge and develop the client's thinking, we agree tangible goals at the outset, and identify how we will measure progress.

Strengths, aspirations, values and motivations are identified, along with development areas. A typical coaching programme lasts six months, with unlimited access to the coach, and culminates in a review to evaluate progress and to draw up a plan for the future.

Teambuilding

We also work with senior leadership and management teams. Using data-gathering as a starting point, we design and facilitate team effectiveness events and strategy meetings that produce lasting results, through both the action points agreed, and a deepened understanding of each other's strengths and contributions.

Our experienced facilitators use a range of techniques to highlight assumptions and behaviours that may be holding back performance. As a result, you gain buy-in to new behaviours and protocols to achieve the organisation's aims.
