Our client is a successful and entrepreneurial OEM supplying innovative leading-edge mechatronic solutions to an international customer base.  The company, which has an established reputation and an exciting programme of upcoming new product launches, is seeking to appoint a senior quality professional to support the ongoing success of the business through the attainment of the highest possible quality standards.

This newly created role, a key addition to the senior team, will have responsibility for driving the quality agenda across the business, ensuring the reliability of both new and existing products in line with customer/regulatory requirements.  The emphasis of the role will be on working with colleagues throughout the supply chain to nurture a more proactive quality-oriented culture supported through the development and implementation of the appropriate systems, processes and working practices.

Candidates, of degree calibre and ideally qualified in a relevant technical discipline, will have proven senior level experience gained in a similar role, preferably in an electronic/mechatronic product environment.  An understanding of the latest quality tools and techniques is prerequisite and candidates must demonstrate the ability to deliver lasting change by engaging with and gaining the support of others.  The gravitas and credibility required to contribute as a valued member of the senior team is also essential.
