Jackson-Stops & Staff - Personal Effectiveness

Jackson-Stops & Staff is a name synonymous with high-end property. The firm has expanded over the last 100 years into a network of some 40 branch offices. A key strength of the business today is the accumulated knowledge, experience and abilities of the individuals who now own and run the offices, many of whom have more than 20 years experience in the property market.
With significant experience and tenure comes the risk of complacency, which has the potential to translate itself into declining service quality and uncompetitiveness. With this in mind, Wickland Westcott was approached to facilitate bespoke 'Agency Pitching Workshops'. The aim of these events was to increase the personal effectiveness of those pitching for new instructions and thus the commercial success of each office. The Jackson-Stops & Staff directors chose Wickland Westcott to help them ensure they were doing the basics right, to help them increase the team working and collaboration between offices, and to give fresh focus and impetus to individuals' continuous professional development.
In tandem with their senior and experienced directors, we developed a tailored workshop that was highly practical, participative and collaborative. At the heart of the day were exercises that provided experienced agents with the opportunity to share ideas and approaches and learn from colleagues.
